All the activity can wear you down and that can set you up for a failure. Make sure you are getting enough rest, and eating as well as you can. Drink more water than you normally do. It’s all about little bits of better. Remember that as the weeks continue; all the sugar, alcohol, fat, and the actives are tearing down your reserves. Take care of yourself, you are worth it.
